Dex_Cal is an independent tool built for Sri Lankan online sellers. It turns a selling price into a realistic net payout by applying commission, payment processing, handling, free-shipping and voucher costs, and it can also work backwards from the payout you want to the price you should list.
Who we are
Dex_Cal is built and maintained by a small independent team of e-commerce sellers in Sri Lanka. We started the project because we were doing the same fee arithmetic in spreadsheets every day and kept getting it wrong on bracket boundaries.
What the calculator does
You choose a product category, enter your selling price and packing cost, and the calculator applies the current fee structure to show commission, payment fee, handling fee bracket, optional free-shipping and voucher costs, your net payout, profit and margin. The reverse mode solves the opposite problem: given a payout target and packing cost, it finds the selling price that reaches it, re-checking the handling-fee bracket so the answer stays valid.
How we keep rates current
Fee percentages, VAT, handling brackets and category commissions are stored as editable settings and reviewed whenever the marketplace publishes a change. Because rates can change without notice, always confirm final figures against your official seller statement.
