These terms govern your use of dexcal.top. By using the site you accept them. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
The service
Dex_Cal provides fee, payout and profit calculations for online sellers, plus optional Pro planning tools. The service is offered "as is" and may change or be interrupted at any time.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- We may suspend accounts used for abuse, fraud or attempts to bypass paid feature restrictions.
Free trial and Pro subscriptions
- New accounts receive a 1-day Pro trial that expires automatically.
- Pro plans are sold for fixed periods (1 month, 6 months or 1 year) and are activated by an administrator after payment is verified.
- Access ends when the plan expires unless it is renewed. Plans do not auto-renew and are not charged automatically.
- Payments are non-refundable except where required by law or where a payment was collected in error.
Acceptable use
- Do not scrape, resell or redistribute the site's data or content.
- Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with the service or circumvent security controls.
- Do not use the site for unlawful or misleading purposes.
Intellectual property
The site design, code and original content belong to Dex_Cal. Marketplace names and trademarks belong to their respective owners; Dex_Cal is independent and not affiliated with them.
No warranty and limitation of liability
Calculations are estimates based on configurable rates and may not match your official statements. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dex_Cal is not liable for lost profits, lost revenue, pricing decisions or other indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
Termination
You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
